Volunteering at the Martha Jones School! 

In order to volunteer at the Martha Jones School, an up-to-date CORI form must be filed with the main office. You can download a copy of the CORI form by following this link. You will need to bring a copy of a government issued ID (ex. Driver's License or Passport) with the signed CORI to the main office.
